Job Details:

* Day shift position working 10-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
* Scheduled days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
* Call responsibilities on Fridays, alternating between 1st and 2nd call
* One weekend call every 5-6 weeks
* Da Vinci robotic surgical system experience required
* Minimum two years of recent experience in the field required
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinates care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collects and analyzes patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develops and implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, and evaluates progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and effective care
* Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS, AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice required
