RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
* Shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS must be active and in hand at time of submission, no pending certifications accepted
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; acceptable score required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months; co-worker references will not be accepted
* Pre-start modules averaging 6?15 hours are required and completed prior to start date
