Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Work in a 16-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio
* Every other weekend scheduling requirement
* Float in rotation with full-time staff and other travelers
* Utilize GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis medication dispensing system, and Drager ventilators
* Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
* Tech support available for the unit
* Advanced skills required: ventilator/sedation management and medication titration
* Perform and assist with procedures including trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion
* Must demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills
* Follow patient experience requirements including AIDET communication standards, completion of communication board, and medication teaching
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Required dress code: Charcoal gray scrubs

This facility is a Trauma III certified hospital operating a 16-bed intensive care unit focused on delivering high-acuity patient care. The unit is supported by experienced staff and modern technology, emphasizing teamwork and quality patient outcomes. The ICU team performs advanced procedures and utilizes state-of-the-art monitoring and documentation systems to ensure comprehensive critical care services.
