Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Details:

* Imaging position requiring active X-ray license with experience in interventional radiology or cath lab
* 13-week contract with ongoing need
* Open to 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
* Shift start times vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM depending on day of week and shift length chosen
* On-call required with up to 2 days per week currently, transitioning to up to 10 days per month when fully staffed
* No current weekend requirements, though Saturday or Sunday call may be added in the near future
* Document using EPIC electronic health records system
* Work in a brand new Siemens IR suite
* Assist with general X-ray when no interventional radiology procedures are being performed
* Candidates with cath lab experience are eligible and can be trained in interventional radiology
* Active Illinois license from IEMA required
* Board certified X-ray technologist through ARRT required
* Interventional radiology certification is not required but interventional radiology or cath lab experience is mandatory
* Current CPR/BLS certification required
