RN - Hospice

Job Details:

* Day shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Flexible scheduling options: four 10-hour shifts with Friday off or three 12-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Care setting is home health serving hospice patients in their homes or nursing facilities
* Cover 7 counties in the Clarksburg location: Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, and Wetzel
* Work alongside one other RN covering the designated service area
* Expected patient volume of 5-6 visits within an 8-hour period
* Treat terminally ill patients with end-stage diagnoses including cancer, heart disease, lung disease, and dementia
* Minimum 1 year of hospice experience required
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* West Virginia nursing license required
* Charting system: EPIC (orientation provided)
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13 weeks
