Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2282.20

Opportunity:

PT Outpatient - STM

Job Details:

* 26-week contract only
* Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Outpatient care setting with no weekend or holiday requirements
* Provide 45-minute 1:1 treatments including evaluations and recurring scheduled appointments
* Manage a caseload of 9 patients per day with effective cancellation and no-show management
* Treat primarily orthopedic cases with a wide variety of diagnoses in a small community outpatient rehab setting
* Work alongside rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining 1:1 treatments
* Document using EPIC charting system
* Business casual dress code required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Colorado PT license or compact license required
* Driver's license must be submitted; must be located within 60 miles of facility
* Must be present in state for the full week of orientation

This outpatient rehabilitation facility operates within a small, close-knit community setting offering a wide variety of patient diagnoses with a primary focus on orthopedic cases. The facility provides a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a history of offering full-time positions to successful contract clinicians. The department is well-staffed with rehab aides and PTAs to support providers in delivering high-quality 1:1 patient care.
