Open Position: OT - Therapy Rehab Outpatient

Acute Care Outpatient Experience

Job Details:

* Ideal candidate can work across both outpatient and inpatient (primarily inpatient rehab) settings
* Week 1 schedule: Sunday inpatient 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday outpatient 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Week 2 schedule: Monday through Thursday outpatient 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday outpatient 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Acceptable candidate: Skilled outpatient OT (neuro, some ortho/hands, some peds) Monday through Friday in a hospital-based outpatient setting
* Weekend coverage required to meet department needs
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 10-12 patients
* Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* At least 1 year of experience required
* BLS certification required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start
* 40 orientation hours required
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
