Job Details:

* Day and evening shifts available, primarily 12-hour shifts with some 8-hour shifts
* Every other weekend requirement
* Labor Day required; every other holiday thereafter
* Must be willing and able to take charge nurse responsibilities
* Patient ratios: 2 nurses per day shift, 1 nurse overnight
* Common diagnoses include dementia and geriatric patient care
* Post-acute care setting
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS
* Orientation consists of 2 hours with LEAD team followed by 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff member
