Job Details:

* Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient and family education
* Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
* Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health and situations
* Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care
* Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment
* Integrate research findings and ethical provisions into nursing practice
* Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor at all times
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise tact and discretion
* Perform essential job functions in a fast-paced environment
* Position may require working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts
* On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, or AAN) required
* Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BAN) preferred
* Oncology Certified Nurse designation preferred
* Outpatient clinic experience preferred
* Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems preferred
