Opportunity:

Home Health PTA - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts (4x10s and 3x12s cannot be accommodated)
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points as standard
* Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius
* Traveler is expected to have their own reliable transportation
* Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day
* System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not required and no specific color required; no jeans
* Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis
* Charting system experience required
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Free parking
* Required certifications: BLS
* Skills required include: acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, orthopedic conditions including hip fractures, total hip and knee replacements, post-op surgeries, spinal conditions, and neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
