Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech Inpatient

Opportunity:

CT Scan Technologist (Inpatient)

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* 3 call days required monthly
* Minimum two years of clinical experience in CT scanning required
* Trauma experience required
* Travel experience required
* Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologists in diagnostic CT scan procedures
* Administer IV contrast materials under the direction of the radiologist
* Coordinate daily workflow and assist in throughput of emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient cases
* Perform advanced imaging for trauma, stroke, and code aorta cases
* Manage care prioritization with rapidly changing patient volumes
* Operate sophisticated CT imaging units, contrast injecting equipment, and image storage systems
* Provide patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
* May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
* May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period
* Required certifications: AHA BLS
* Required licenses: ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography
