Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Technician

Job Details:

* Rotating schedule Monday through Friday with the following shift options:
- 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Ensure all surgical instruments, trays, and equipment are cleaned, decontaminated, sterilized, and prepared according to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
* Support the surgical team by providing timely and accurate instrumentation
* Maintain infection prevention practices
* Perform decontamination, processing, sterilization, and distribution of equipment and supplies for in-hospital use
* Follow manufacturers' recommendations for sterilization and processing of medical supplies and instrumentation
* Perform instrument assembly, terminal sterilization, sterile storage, and delivery to end users
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* BLS certification required
* Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required
* Minimum of 3 years of related healthcare experience required
