CT Tech Needed

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment working 3x12 night shifts, Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Block scheduling type
* Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: ARRT(CT) and BLS
* Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
* Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
* Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 1:1 with approximately 20 visits per day across 2 CT rooms
* Participation in biopsy procedures required
* Special equipment used: Philips iSite/Intellispace PACS
* Required skills include: 3D rendering, CT of abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, sinuses, and soft tissue neck without and/or with contrast, brain perfusion, carotid and cervical imaging, musculoskeletal trauma, vascular chest imaging, multiplanar reconstruction, preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, transportation, and unit secretary
* Two professional references completed within the last two years required, from someone in a supervisory capacity
* Local candidates within 50-mile radius accepted at a lower rate

The CT department operates with two rooms and supports a wide variety of procedures including biopsies, drainage procedures, and advanced vascular and cardiac imaging. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support services and utilizes modern imaging technology to deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups.
