Radiology Technologist

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 4 x 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* No on-call responsibilities
* Perform duties in both CT and X-ray modalities
* Must be able to work independently
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the field required
* Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
* Operate x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and/or mammography equipment
* Perform at least three imaging modalities on a regular basis
* Perform various radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography, and/or ultrasound examinations
* Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs
* Perform mobile imaging examinations as necessary
* Safely prepare contrast agents for medical imaging procedures
* Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Radiologic Tech (RT) state license, ARRT certification, and current certification in at least one advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET)
* Additional accepted certifications: ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, ARRT-MRI, ARMRIT, ARRT-NMT, SNMT, ARRT-S, ARDMS, RDCS, CCI-RCS, or RTPET
