Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Float position between units as required
* No on-call required
* Every other weekend required per CBA
* Patient ratios based on hospital acuity
* 48-hour shifts approved
* 24-hour orientation
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* At least 1 year of specialty experience required
* Travel experience may be required - may float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
* Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include: Adult Critical Care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation and weaning, intubation assist, arterial blood gas interpretation and collection, tracheostomy care and management, neonatal transports, NICU, nitric oxide, high frequency oscillator and jet ventilator, bronchoscopy, chest physiotherapy, and emergency department experience
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, phlebotomy, social services, and more
* Note: CRT credentials will NOT be accepted for this position
