Opportunity:

RN - Charge Nurse (as needed)

Job Details:

* Charge responsibility required as needed
* Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas
* Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests
* Participate in planning and implementation of written care plans under the direction of a Physician
* Perform standard assessments using basic equipment
* Administer medications with required visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
* Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Meet patient safety standards and interact positively with team members and patients
* Respect patient culture, lifestyle, religion, and age when planning or implementing care
* Active New Hampshire RN license required or eligibility to obtain one
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* BLS certification required
* ACLS certification required
* Clinical experience preferred
* Certification in specialty preferred
* Membership in a professional nursing organization preferred
