RN - Medical/Surgical Nursing Manager

Job Details:

* Supervise patient care, nursing staff, and Medical/Surgical operations
* Work collaboratively with the Leadership team to facilitate efficient clinical operations
* Support staff development and effective management of resources
* Drive quality improvement initiatives within the Medical/Surgical unit
* Demonstrated expertise in nursing required
* Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
* Reliable personal transportation required as public transportation is not available in the area
