Open Position: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3101.80

Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg (or applicable specialty based on context)

Job Details:

* Work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
* Full-time position
* Demonstrate proficiency and independence in the care of patients and their families by applying and documenting the nursing process, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Consult with staff, physicians, and management on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met
* Practice the five rights of medication administration
* Act as patient advocate, including family in patient care and respecting confidentiality
* Effectively manage end-of-life decisions including code status
* Demonstrate efficient time management skills to maximize productivity
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must have basic computer knowledge
* Ability to interact with persons of varying ages and cultures
* Ability to speak additional languages preferred
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
* 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), CPI
* New Mexico RN License required
