RN - ER

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM
* Level 2 trauma facility with a 22-bed emergency department unit
* High acuity ED with complex patients
* Patient ratios of 3 to 4:1
* Minimum 2 years of ER experience required in similarly sized healthcare facilities and emergency departments
* Floating required - travelers are first to float, including possible float to sister campuses
* EMR system: Epic
* Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience
* Prior travel experience preferred
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission - no RTO will be approved after submission
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
* Preferred certifications: TNCC and ENPC
* Radius rule applies - must reside 50+ miles from permanent address

This facility is a Level 2 trauma center featuring a 22-bed emergency department equipped to handle high acuity cases and complex patients. The organization operates multiple sister campuses and utilizes Epic as its electronic medical records system. The facility fosters a welcoming culture where traveling staff are integrated into units and expected to perform at the same level as core staff members.
