Opportunity:

RN - Surgical Unit

Job Details:

* Scheduled in accordance with facility policy, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation
* 1+ year of RN experience acceptable
* Patient ratio of 1:6
* Unit consists of 18 beds focused on post-operative and medical patients
* Unit secretary and technicians available on unit
* Equipment used includes Alaris and Pyxis
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Floating policy in place - may be required to float to another medical/surgical area if needed
* Patient experience requirements include bedside shift report, AIDET communication framework, and updating careboards
* Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs required; no artificial nails, only regular nail polish permitted (no gels or dipping powders)
