RN - Pediatric Case Management

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* Weekend coverage required
* Patient ratios: 5 patients during days, 2 patients on weekends
* Float to other facilities may be required at any time during assignment if qualifications are met
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Travel experience required
* 2 years of pediatric case management experience required
* NICU/PICU experience required
* BSN required
* California RN license required
* AHA BLS certification required
* Proficiency in Epic charting system required
* Experience working with patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics
* Skills required include acute hospital care, care coordination, discharge planning, ICU, med/surg, NICU, pediatrics, and PICU
* Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
* Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* 2 references from most recent employer required
* 40 orientation hours required
