Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Float within scope required to meet facility needs, same expectation as current staff nurses - agency floats first
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Preferred certification: NIHSS
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Free parking available
* Patients served: Adults and Geriatrics
* Block schedule requests may be submitted for approval prior to assignment but are not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission and is subject to facility approval
* Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

This facility is a specialized stepdown unit with 12 staffed beds, offering a focused and collaborative care environment for adult and geriatric patients. The unit utilizes Epic for charting and provides free parking for staff. The facility maintains consistent patient ratios of 1:4 across days, nights, and weekends, ensuring a structured and supportive setting for healthcare professionals.
