Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Outpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3452.80

Opportunity:

Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION

Job Details:

* Work 5x8 day shifts from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Focus on ambulatory infusion pharmacy including order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients
* Work with adult patient population
* Utilize Epic charting system (experience required)
* Skills required include ambulatory care/outpatient clinic, chemotherapy, compounding, high-alert medications, Pyxis, and sterile technique
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug
* Colorado state pharmacy license required
* PharmD required
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
* RTO is not allowed during the following blackout periods: November 22 December 2, 2026 and December 20 January 3, 2027

This facility is a well-established ambulatory infusion center providing specialized outpatient pharmacy services to oncology and infusion patients. The center is equipped to handle both hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparation and dispensing, maintaining high standards for patient safety and care. The facility supports a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and utilizes modern technology including Epic and Pyxis systems to ensure efficient and accurate pharmacy operations.
