Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department with 5 fast track beds located on the 1st floor of the main hospital
* Variable shift schedule with multiple start times available: Days at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM; Evenings at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM; Nights starting at 7:00 PM
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Work alongside charge nurses, technicians, and paramedics as part of a collaborative team
* Staff flexed based on volume and patient arrival patterns
* Every other weekend required with no on-call responsibilities
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
* Preferred certifications: NIHSS, ENPC, CPI
* Dress code: Navy scrubs required
* Ideal candidate is a hard worker with strong critical thinking skills and an outgoing personality
* No floating required

This facility is a well-established hospital featuring a fully equipped Emergency Department designed to provide immediate and comprehensive care for patients of varying acuity levels. The department operates across all hours of the day, utilizing a flexible staffing model that adjusts to patient volume and arrival patterns. The facility uses Meditech as its electronic medical records system and supports a multidisciplinary team environment that includes nurses, charge nurses, technicians, and paramedics.
