Job Details:

* Complete 6 patient visits per day
* Weekend coverage required as needed
* No on-call responsibilities
* Cover GSL St. Charles, West, and South teams
* Territory mileage radius of 40-80 miles with mileage reimbursement provided
* Block scheduling type
* Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract period
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* 1 year of experience required with first-time travelers accepted
* Required certification: BLS
* Required skills: Home Health Care, Alternative Communication Devices, Augmentative Communication, Compensatory Strategies, CVA, Degenerative Diseases, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, Hearing Impairments, Oral Motor, and Point of Service Documentation
* Charting system: Epic (experience preferred)
* Scrub color: Gray
* Float within service line as needed
