Opportunity:

Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION- 1000-3818 - UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule working 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* Focused on ambulatory infusion pharmacy supporting oncology and infusion patients
* Responsibilities include order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications
* Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug
* PharmD required
* Colorado state pharmacy license required
* Proficiency with Epic charting system required
* Skills required include ambulatory care/outpatient clinic, chemotherapy, compounding, high-alert medications, Pyxis, and sterile technique
* Patient population consists of adults
* Block scheduling type
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
