Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Room

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour mid-shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (3x12s)
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* 13-week assignment preferred (16 weeks strongly preferred by unit leader)
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* 1 on-call requirement of 8-hour call shift per 4-week schedule
* Block scheduling approved - no specific day blocks will be considered
* 3 days pre-approved time off available as long as it is not during a holiday
* No float requirements
* 2+ years of emergency room experience required
* Epic EMR proficiency required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), PALS, NIHSS
* Virginia state license or compact license required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue, all other attire per dress code policy

This facility is a large medical center with 495 beds, offering a comprehensive emergency room department equipped with modern technology and resources to support a wide range of patient care needs. The emergency department operates using Epic EMR and is supported by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality care to their patient population.
