Opportunity:

RN - Medical/Surgical Specialty Care

Job Details:

* 12-hour rotating day and night shifts
* Work with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5
* Unit bed size of 21-30 beds
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Care for patients with complex conditions including TBI, burns, transplant, LVAD, stroke, and disabilities
* Perform and manage breathing treatments, chest tube care, and CPAP/BiPAP therapy
* Provide trach care and manage Impella devices
* Manage drains, feeding tubes, fistulas, PICC lines, central lines, and ports
* Operate and maintain Wound VAC systems
* Work with BMT, general, hematology, and oncology patient populations
* Administer and monitor antiseizure medications, insulin, and heparin therapies
