Opportunity:

Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Details:

* Full-time position working 5x8-hour day shifts with hybrid schedule option available
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical research setting where candidate managed patients required
* Patient-facing clinical trials experience required; device management and bench trial experience not accepted
* Must have EPIC experience along with strong computer skills including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel
* Blood draw certification required - candidate must be a certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, LVN, RN, or similar (accepted certifications include ACA, AMCA, AMT, ASCP, NCCT, or NHA)
* CCRC (ACRP) certification preferred
* BLS certification required
* Support investigators in the conduct of multiple clinical research trials in accordance with SOPs and all local, state, and federal regulations
* Coordinate enrollment, study visits, and follow-up care for patients participating in clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
* Act as primary CRC for more complex protocols or patient populations
* Serve as liaison between sponsors, regulatory agencies, patients, investigators, nurses, and all other staff during trials
* Participate in internal and external quality audits
* Assist in training new research assistants and CRCs as needed
* Clinical specialties include stroke, ophthalmology, Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinson's, and neurology
* Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus
