Job Details:

* Work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required within the same building
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* 40-bed unit serving patients with common diagnoses including MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility required
* Long-term care experience required
* Active LPN New York license required
* Current BLS certification required
* Experience with PointClickCare EMR required
* Skills checklist matching specialty required
