Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma center CVOR experience required
* Must have experience with heart/lung transplant, orthopedic, and general cases
* Neurology experience preferred
* Will float to main OR as needed
* Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
* Required certifications: BLS
* Must complete Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE exams, and No-Medication exam or NIHSS
* Compact or Kentucky State License required
* Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility
