Job Details:

* Work 4x10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM at Main location
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call requirements
* Floating required between all buildings and sister facilities as needed
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 130 with 3 rooms available
* Perform a wide range of CT procedures including routine studies, outpatient, cardiac, and interventional radiology procedures
* Perform Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center imaging
* Procedures include biopsies, drainage, abdomen/chest/pelvis with and without contrast, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, colonography, myelography, and vascular CTA
* Operate Siemens Force (Somaris 7), Siemens Go.Top (Somaris 10), and Siemens Somatom Definition (Somaris 7) equipment
* Use Epic charting system - experience required
* Wear teal top and black bottom scrubs
* Radiation badge must be supplied by agency - facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
* Attend all staff meetings
* 1 year of experience preferred; minimum 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience required
* Level 1 Trauma experience required
* Siemens experience and peripheral IV experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT)
* South Carolina license required and must be in hand at time of start
* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Orientation hours: 40

This facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. The facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center and provides a broad range of imaging services including routine studies, outpatient care, cardiac imaging, and interventional radiology procedures. The CT department utilizes advanced Siemens imaging technology and supports a high-acuity patient population.
