Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3498.20

Opportunity:

Inpatient Pharmacist

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 5 days per week
* Shift hours vary between 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
* Every fourth weekend required
* Must be willing to float to all three campus locations (Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion) as needed
* On-call requirement: if placed on call, must arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
* 2 years of recent and continuous inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience required
* Active Ohio Pharmacist license required (pending licenses not accepted)
* Epic experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, PharmD, Board Certification, and Ohio license
* Strong clinical and communication skills required
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital setting
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* No major holiday time off accepted
* Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed pre-start via HealthStream
