Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating to other units is required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Charge nurse capability highly preferred
* Provide care to all assigned patients including SANE patients
* Work in a 64-bed emergency department including 2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, and 6 psychiatric beds
* Care for patients across all age groups: newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric
* Treat common diagnoses including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
* Operate specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
* EMR experience required: EPIC
* Minimum 2+ years of emergency department experience required with some pediatric experience
* Travel experience required
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (must be in hand)
* Active New York RN license required
