Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* Every other weekend requirement
* Holiday shifts required unless time off is requested
* Typical patient ratio of 4:1
* 27 beds including fast track area with fast track available
* Average patient volume of 84-118 patients per day
* Treat patients of all ages with varied diagnoses
* Responsible for lab draws with lab available as backup
* Emergency department serves as the IV team
* Charge nurse responsibilities available for experienced nurses
* Work alongside ED technicians and security with 1:1 patient sitters available
* Respiratory therapy and pharmacy support available 24/7
* Charting completed in Epic EMR
* Any scrub color permitted
* BSN not required
* Float may be required to Region II facilities with an additional $20 per hour when floated outside of primary facility
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
