Opportunity:

Home Health OT

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* First to float position
* Average of four visits per day including a combination of evaluations and revisits
* Coverage area includes north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland - Yolo County service area
* Mileage reimbursed at the GSA rate with prior approval
* 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
* COTA with home health experience will be considered if no OT applicants are available
* Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required
* California OT license required
* Required certifications: BLS and active NPI number
* Charting system: Cerner
