Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3075.40

Opportunity:

RN - CVOR

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional coverage until 5:30 PM
* One late start Wednesday per month (details discussed during interview)
* 10 to 15 days of call per month, including weekends, depending on staffing levels
* Holiday call rotated with the team
* 30-minute call response time required
* Team of 3 self-schedules call together
* Common cases include CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lung procedures, and aneurysm repairs
* Must be able to circulate outside of CVOR, specifically for C-sections
* Scrubbing is not required for RNs
* Floating may be required within the main OR or Outpatient Surgery Center only, not to other sites
* Charting system: Cerner
* Scrubs are provided by the facility
* Up to one week of unit/department-specific orientation provided
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
* BSN not required
* Must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a cardiovascular operating room with one main CVOR suite and one backup suite. The department is supported by a team lead and house supervisor structure, and handles a variety of complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical cases. The facility maintains a collaborative scheduling environment with a small, dedicated CVOR team and offers access to an Outpatient Surgery Center in addition to the main OR.
