Radiology - CT Tech

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts with nights to start, with potential flexibility to move to days in January
* Shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday through Sunday and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday
* Weekend and holiday requirements apply
* No call or standby requirements
* Operate 2 scanners in the department: GE and Siemens Somatom
* Perform common imaging studies including PAN, HEAD, and ABD
* Average of 20 scans/studies per day
* Trauma experience required
* May assist with X-ray Tech duties as needed
* Start IVs as required
* Work with EMR system EPIC and PACS system Synapse
* Registered Radiology Assistants utilized on occasion
* Acute care setting
* Must wear black scrubs
* Agency must provide traveler's radiation badge
* Must be present in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)

This acute care facility operates a radiology department equipped with both GE and Siemens imaging technology, supporting a wide range of diagnostic imaging needs. The department features two scanners and utilizes EPIC for charting and Synapse as its PACS system.
