Open Position: Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3292.20

Opportunity:

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday with flexibility required
* Variable start times between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
* Float required to UCI sites
* Every Saturday weekend coverage required
* 3 years of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Travel experience required
* Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans using investigational ligands
* Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
* Perform procedures including bone scans, brain scans, HIDA scans, renal scans, gastric emptying, ventilation/perfusion, nuclear cardiology, and pharmacological stress testing
* Proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs, drawing venous blood, and handling/storing/disposing of radioactive materials required
* Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment preferred
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT N, CNMT, NMTCB, CA State License (in-hand when applying)
* Preferred certifications: ARRT R, PET
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
