RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Sunday through Saturday schedule with weekends required
* Float required across units
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* No first-time travelers
* Locals accepted
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute Blue Card) preferred
* California state license required in-hand when applying (EMSA not accepted)
* All required certifications must be in-hand when applying
* Required skills include: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, cardiac telemetry, peripheral line care and management, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions and PPE, pacemaker management, post cardiac angiogram and cath care, IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, central and PICC line management, heparin protocols, cardiac and vasoactive drip management without titration, thrombolytic agents, CVA and intracranial bleed care, tracheostomy care, BiPAP/CPAP management, high flow nasal cannula, arterial blood gas interpretation, and wound care/wound vac management
