Job Details:

* Serve as nursing coverage in a clinic setting, maintaining clinic flow for patients and providers
* Assist clinic healthcare providers with patient examinations, phone triage, treatments, and procedures
* Perform duties within the scope of a professional nursing license under provider direction
* Graduate of an accredited RN program required; LPN or Certified Medical Assistant also considered
* Current Iowa nursing license required
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
* Strong nursing process skills and patient service orientation required
* Must be organized, able to set priorities, and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
* Ability to think, converse, and type simultaneously with excellent telephone communication skills required
* Basic PC skills and comfort with Windows operating systems required
* Must work well as a team member while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
