Opportunity:

Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET CT

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No weekend or on-call requirements
* Facility is closed on major holidays
* Outpatient setting with an average of 5-6 patients per tech per day
* Work with adult oncology patients only, no pediatric patients
* Perform whole body, bone, and brain imaging using radioisotopes
* Administer injections and perform peripheral IV starts
* Follow camera protocols and conduct prostate imaging
* Operate Siemens PET CT unit equipment
* Use EPIC EMR and Philips View PACS systems
* May float to Yakima Memorial Hospital as needed
* Wear any solid color scrubs, professional appearance required - no graphics, logos, or designs
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years of experience
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-N or NMTCB-PET
* Washington state license required - must be in hand or have proof of application submitted 6+ weeks prior

This outpatient facility specializes in nuclear medicine and PET CT imaging services, featuring a dedicated PET scanner and serving a maximum of 10-11 patients per day through the department. The facility focuses on providing high-quality diagnostic imaging for adult oncology patients in a professional outpatient environment, utilizing advanced imaging technology and modern electronic medical record systems to support comprehensive patient care.
