Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Opportunity:

Radiology Tech

Job Details:

* Experience in X-Ray and CT required
* Nebraska Radiology license must be in hand prior to starting
* Will be taking call for both X-Ray and CT areas
* Rotating call schedule, typically one weekend per month
* Call begins Friday night, followed by a 24-hour shift on Saturday, and back-up call on Sunday
* Majority of caseload is Outpatient and Orthopedic
* X-Ray services provided to Inpatient, Outpatient, and ED with 2 rooms and one portable unit
* CT equipment is a 40-slice with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector with approximately 150 scans per month
* MRI utilizes a Bayer/MedRad injector with approximately 80 scans per month
* Siemens equipment used throughout the department
* Charting completed in Meditech Expanse
* Scrub colors required: Black or Wine
* Reliable personal transportation required as ride-share services are not available in the area
* BLS certification required, must be issued through the American Heart Association
* Skills checklist must be completed within one year of submittal
* Two professional supervisor references required from within the past three years, from two different facilities

The department handles a high volume of orthopedic and outpatient cases and utilizes modern radiology technology to deliver quality diagnostic imaging services. The facility maintains a well-rounded radiology program encompassing X-Ray, CT, and MRI capabilities.
