Job Details:

* Work in a Critical Access Hospital environment across a variety of settings including Inpatient, Outpatient, Home Health, and Nursing Home
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska or hold a Compact State license
* Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
* Competency exam required with a minimum passing rate of 80%
