CNA - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* Assist residents and patients with all routine activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, ambulating, and skin care
* Take and record initial vital signs and patient weights, reporting changes promptly to the Supervisor/Charge Nurse
* Monitor and record resident/patient intake and output in accordance with unit standards or physician orders
* Follow Universal Precautions procedures at all times
* Maintain confidentiality of resident/patient related issues and support patient rights
* Assist with orientation of patient/resident/family to unit, facility, and services
* Deliver patient/resident care promptly and accurately as directed by the RN/LPN and in accordance with the plan of care
* Provide additional care as directed by the RN/LPN
* Must hold an active Maine C.N.A. License
* Must reside 50+ miles from facility
* Facility may call off or cancel up to three (3) shifts per 13-week assignment
