Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Main OR unit within a 284-bed facility
* Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Night shift staffing includes 1 RN, 1 Tech, 2 RN on-call, and 2 Techs on-call
* On-call hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday with no overnight on-call required
* 30-minute response time required for on-call shifts
* Work with DaVinci Robotics equipment
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Perform procedures including Vascular/Hybrid OR, Trauma, and Neuro cases
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Robotics experience highly preferred and given priority consideration
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Prior travel experience to large Trauma OR facilities preferred
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team player mentality preferred

The OR unit is staffed by an experienced team of 55 professionals and is equipped with advanced technology including DaVinci Robotics, reflecting the facility's commitment to innovation and high-quality patient care.
