Job Details:

* Day and evening shifts available with shift times of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Overtime available at this location
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Every other holiday coverage required
* 13-week assignment
* Post-acute care setting with 42 beds
* Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2 nurses during days and evenings and 1 nurse during nights
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Common diagnoses and patient types include long-term care with a mix of memory care, dementia, and orthopedic patients
* Building orientation including lifts required, approximately 2 to 4 hours
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
