Open Position: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech OR

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2199.80

Opportunity:

RN - CVOR

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with additional call and late stays required
* Call requirement includes one weekend per month and 2-3 days per week
* 30-minute call back time required
* Patient ratio of 3 staff members per OR
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
* Cardiac, vascular, and thoracic experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* New Hampshire license must be in hand at time of submittal
* Scrubs provided
* Time off requests must be included in contract
* Perform and assist with procedures including CABG, valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracotomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, and ECMO
* Provide level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures
* Serve as circulating nurse with a second RN available to assist anesthesia and provide additional support
* Work with open heart equipment and EMR system Meditech
* Scrubbing cardiac and vascular cases is preferred
* Experience with Meditech is preferred
* Must be self-motivated, team oriented, and flexible

Facility:

This facility is a regional hospital located on the seacoast of New Hampshire, offering comprehensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services. The CVOR unit operates with 3 beds and a dedicated team that includes charge nurses, registered nurses, scrub techs, and aides during day shifts, as well as a 3-member call team overnight. The unit is supported by a close-knit, experienced team, many of whom have been with the facility for nearly 20 years, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for traveling healthcare professionals.
