PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 5 eight-hour shifts per week
* 2 weekend shifts required per month with a weekday off to replace each weekend shift worked
* Primary assignment on inpatient rehabilitation unit with floating between acute care and inpatient rehab treatments
* Patient ratios of 5:1 on rehab unit or 6 hours of treatment per day
* Acute care caseload of 12-14 patients per day
* Perform evaluations, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular reeducation, and gait therapy
* Document using Meditech Expanse system
* Caribbean blue scrubs required
* Required certifications: Tennessee State PT licensure and current BLS

This medical center operates a robust rehabilitation and acute care program with 45 inpatient rehab beds and 240 med/surg, progressive care, and ICU beds. The facility provides a comprehensive range of physical therapy services across both rehabilitation and acute care settings, offering physical therapists the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-specialty environment with a diverse patient population.
