Opportunity:

Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts in a home health setting
* Cover the greater Sacramento County home health area
* See 5-6 patients per day with 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
* Maintain a productivity goal of 5-6 patients per day
* Document using Cerner charting system
* Mileage reimbursed at the GSA rate with prior approval
* New graduates will be considered in extreme cases
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
